This is probably one of my favorite horror movies that I have seen yet to date in terms of seeing something new with horror. I loved this movie- and it was due to purely its concept. Not only does it address it's racism of the time and doesn't try to avoid it with both African American's and Native Americans- but actually addresses it. I do have to say though the moment I was like are you fucking kidding me was when Ryosuke went into the red taped door. Like it was one of those moments that you just find yourself commenting on how dumb this choice could possibly be for EVERYONE involved. Probably the most frustrating thing about it in all honesty. Looking back I love the way they just portray ghosts in jhorror. In this movie they especially use it as the slow moving ghost which also begs the question as to why not most of them run? I think it truly encompasses fear and what it means t...
